Restaurants in Ghent

I love to explore new places. Last time i when i had gone to Ghent, i dont had much time to visit the city. So i again visited the place to explore it properly. This time i also booked the budget hotel in Gent in advance. Last time i had problem regarding lodging as that was the peak time. It is located in the Flemish region Belgium. It is the capital and biggest city of the East Flanders province. It is a good city and it is also a charming city. My Ghent hotels was just near to all the attractions of the city. Much of the city’s medieval architecture remains intact and is remarkably well preserved and restored. Ghent established a nice blend between comfort of living and history-it is not a city-mueseum. The city showcases the number of hôtel à Gand which are perfect for stay. It is the fourth largest city of Belgium. It is not as big as antwerp but bigger than Bruges. It is also famous among tourists than the often praised Bruges. The port of Ghent, in the north of the city, is the third largest port of Belgium.

As one of the largest cities in Belgium, Ghent has a highly developed transportation system. Brugge, Kortrijk and Ostend

From Ghent i planned to visit Brugge. Before coming to Brugge i booked a room in a good Hotel in Brügge Belgien in the city. Bruges has a significant economic importance thanks to its port. At one time it was the “chief commercial city” of the world. Bruges is also home to the College of Europe. My hotels Brugge was located in the center of the city. Bruges has most of its medieval architecture intact. The historic centre of Bruges has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000.Many of its medieval buildings are notable, including the Church of Our Lady. Bruges’ most famous landmark is its 13th-century belfry, housing a municipal carillon comprising 48 bells. My fin de semana Brujas was just a stone throw away from Belfry. The city still employs a full-time carillonneur, who gives free concerts on a regular basis.

Then i moved on to Ostend. It is the largest city on the Belgian coast. As it is a largest city on the port so we were really fascinated and decided to visit the city and before i reach the city i’ve booked a Oostende hotel to make my stay more comfortable. Ostend is a cosmopolitan city with a harbour, yacht- basin, airport and over 50 Citytrip Ostende . The city of Ostend, protected from the North Sea by a network of dikes, is the largest population center on the Belgian coast. A thousand-year-old city with marinas, an old fishing port, a casino, a lively downtown, and high-speed ferry connections to England. These unique characteristics of the city attracts the large number of tourists. This city is beautiful in enormous ways and i was fascinated by that thats why i extended my stay in the city hotel in Ostend center to get to know the city in better terms.

Thereafter i went to Kortrijk . Kortrijk lies in the Belgian Province of West Flanders, on the river Leie. Here i booked a Kortrijk Hotels in the middle of the city. The region alongside the river Leie, between Kortrijk and the city of Deinze, is known for the flax production. The water of the river has the perfect degree of acidity to water-ret the flax. Kortrijk has devoted a entire museum to this industry, the Museum of Flax and Linnen. This museum was just kms from my citytrip Kortrijk .
